Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Primary Care Physician - Primary Care Safety Net to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals / Lincoln. Located just 15 minutes from NYC, Lincoln is an acute care teaching hospital academically affiliated with Weill Medical College of Cornell University .

Opportunity Details :
- Time will be split between Safety Net clinic and SHOW van which provides mobile medical services within the community.
- Safety net clinic operates within Lincoln Hospital providing comprehensive care with interdisciplinary team for individuals with complex medical and mental health needs experiencing homelessness.
- SHOW van is a mobile medical unit providing medical, mental health and concrete services within the community.
- Physicians will care for patients with substance use disorders through a harm reduction lens.
Qualifications
Wages and Benefits include :
Annual Base Salary : $224,000
The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $341,920
Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
Additional employee-paid Voluntary Life and AD&D coverage is available for you and your family.
