Position Overview : As the Lead Maintenance Technician, you will ensure all facilities are in top-notch condition, perform repairs and preventative maintenance tasks, all while providing outstanding service to our residents.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform routine inspections of the property to identify issues and necessary repairs.
- Complete work orders for repairs and maintenance in a timely manner.
- Lead preventative maintenance programs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance requests and completed work.
- Respond to resident requests and concerns with professionalism and urgency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
