Job Summary (List Format) : Automotive Sales Representative (100% Commission)
- Sell new and used vehicles at a dealership to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Guide customers through the entire vehicle purchase process from initial contact to final sale.
- Engage with customers in person online and via phone to generate leads and build relationships.
- Present and explain vehicle options features pricing and promotions.
- Conduct test drives to demonstrate vehicle performance and value.
- Negotiate sales terms and finalize transactions.
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM software.
- Participate in training and stay updated on product knowledge and dealership promotions.
- Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat business and referrals.
