Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Med Surg Registered Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will work in a 21-bed medical-surgical department with an average census of 15-16 patients. This role involves providing quality patient care and maintaining a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1 : 5, with a possible adjustment to 1 : 6 as patient needs arise.
