What You Will Be Doing

The Civil Construction Project Manager is responsible for field operations and technical support on the project assigned in order to achieve the safe, timely and profitable completion of each project. This individual will bring experience completing underground wet utility, wastewater treatment plant, stormwater / sewer, piping, and concrete projects from start to finish; both new ground up and renovation / expansion.

What You Need for this Position

At Least 3 Years Experience

Underground or utility construction is required

Wastewater Treatment Plant Projects

Pump Station Projects

Stormwater / Sewer Projects

Excavation

Knowledge of pump and machine repair, basic electrical knowledge; craft agreements, jurisdiction, negotiations; engineering, cost control schedules and safety required

Knowledge and understanding of the general and subcontract documents, drawings and specifications, construction means, methods and materials, understanding of line and grade and survey methods

Software (Primavera, Microsoft Project etc.)
