It is an AL / MC building with the capacity of 132 residents across both sides. Currently the census is 80 residents with 3-4 pending new move ins before the end of the year. DOR has been at this building for going on 3 years. There is a full leadership staff here as well. It is very rare that we do not have a full caseload as we are the preferred provider and there is very low HH / hospice census here. "
