Collections Representative

A company is looking for a Collections Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle inbound calls from customers and manage customer accounts

Take payments and ensure accounts are maintained without suspension

Comply with FDCPA regulations and assist managers with special projects

Required Qualifications :

Must be 18 years of age or older

High School Diploma or equivalent required; BA degree preferred

Dedicated workspace free from distractions

Internet Speed of at least 10 MBPS download and 5 MBPS upload

Call Center or Collections experience preferred
