Compensation : Compensation is negotiable and will be based on an hourly rate.
Additional Info : -Impact at scale Support high-risk youth (e.g., foster care, legal system,etc). -Clinical + leadership hybrid : Treat youth directly + supervise residents (Creedmoor Post Graduate Year 3 Psychiatry Residents), NPs, and program leaders. Split your time between direct clinical care (40%) and strategic leadership (60%), guiding child psychiatry across NYCs largest social services nonprofit.-Lead innovation Drive protocols, quality initiatives, and new youth initiativesQUALIFICATIONS : -Active DEA and New York State license as a psychiatrist required.-Approved PECOS and OPRA status in NY state required.-Psychiatrists must be board certified in child psychiatry.-Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise
