Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Principal Financial Analyst. This position is located in Roy, UT and supports the Sentinel program. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.

What You'll Get To Do :

  • Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems. May refer to established precedents and policies.
  • Performs fairly complex tasks and participates in determining objectives of assignment. Plan schedules and arranges own activities in accomplishing objectives. Work is reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives.
  • Represents organization as a prime contact on contracts or projects. Interacts with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations. May develop and deliver presentations.

  • This positions standard work schedule is a 9 / 80. The 9 / 80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.

    You'll Bring These Qualifications :

  • 5 Years with BS; 3 Years with Masters; 1 Year with PhD
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance.
  • Experience with Northrop Grumman Space Systems financial reporting tools (SAP, Cobra, COGNOS)
  • Full knowledge of industry practices. Independently demonstrates the skill and ability to perform fairly complex professional tasks.
  • These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have :

  • Experience with budget development, variance analysis, estimates to complete, cost performance reports, and cost schedule status reports in an integrated product team environment is preferred.
  • Primary Level Salary Range : $78,700.00 - $118,100.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and / or personal business.
