About the Role

Kaseya is seeking a seasoned Director of Technical Program Management (TPM) to lead strategic cross-functional technical initiatives that accelerate innovation across its product lines. This leader will drive alignment between engineering product security operations customer success and go-to-market teams ensuring predictable and high-quality delivery across a complex fast-growing global organization.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-scale SaaS environments understands enterprise IT operations and MSP workflows and can bring operational rigor to multi-product multi-team technology programs.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Program Leadership

• Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale multi-quarter programs spanning cyber security IT automation cyber resilience and platform modernization.
• Define program scope technical dependencies timelines and execution frameworks in coordination with engineering and architecture teams.
• Drive governance program dashboards OKRs and reporting mechanisms that create transparency for executives and global teams.
