Job Description

Manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards. Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to meet established objectives. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and leadership teams. Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success. Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and issue resolution. Ensure all construction activities comply with local codes, standards, and regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager - CMR should have :

• A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in managing complex construction projects within the business services industry.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
