Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to members of the Corporate Leadership Team, including calendar management and meeting coordination
Coordinate complex travel arrangements and manage executive correspondence, reports, and presentations
Collaborate with corporate departments to support day-to-day operations and assist in planning corporate events
Required Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
5+ years of experience supporting senior leadership or executive teams in a corporate environment
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and handle confidential matters
A proactive and adaptable mindset focused on continuous improvement
