Join our team at The Lutheran Home as a Certified Med Tech (CMT ) and make a meaningful impact by providing compassionate, high-quality care on our night shift. As a CMT, you’ll primarily focus on administering medications, but may also serve in a CNA capacity as needed to support the overall well-being and comfort of our residents. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to :

• Administer prescribed medications to residents and maintain related medical records under supervision of a nurse
• Takes vital signs or observes patient to detect response to specified types of medications and prepares report or notifies designated personnel of unexpected reaction
• Assist residents with ADL care as needed
• Answer call lights and take appropriate action
• Complete documentation accurately, timely, and following facility policies and procedures
• Immediately report any abuse, neglect, and / or changes in resident’s conditions or incidents to the nurse
• Communicates residents' requests or concerns in a timely manner
• Encourage respect, communication, and teamwork
• Participate in ongoing staff education and training

In this Full-time position, you will have a set 2-week schedule with every other weekend off, working 7 out of 14 calendar days. We are hiring for the night shift 6 : 45 pm - 7 : 15 pm.
