EHR Training Coordinator

A company is looking for an EHR Training Coordinator to support the Epic Trainers in a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning meetings and provide guidance on software and procedures for the BJC Learning Management System

Act as the first line of support for service requests, track and report issues, and contribute to support documentation

Help develop and maintain a catalogue of Epic1 learning resources and analyze the effectiveness of training activities

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

2-5 years of relevant experience

No supervisory experience required
