• Monday - Friday, 8 hours per day
• Average 1 surgery per day
• 100% hospital-based practice
• Patient mix : 95% pediatric, 4% neonate, 1% adult
• Open general cardiovascular / thoracic surgery required
• Coronary artery bypass surgery experience needed
• Congenital defects repair required
• Call schedule : 1 - 2 weekday calls and 1 weekend per month
