Job Summary :

As a Senior Data Scientist at SmithRx, you'll play a pivotal role on a high-impact Data team, leading through technical excellence, mentoring emerging talent, and delivering insights that shape key strategic decisions. You will operate within the beating heart of Smith's mission, building and measuring the impact of leading-edge technologies, like our proprietary Drug Pathways Engine , to make healthcare more affordable and accessible. What you will do :

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will :

Partner with Product, Clinical, CS, and GTM stakeholders to deeply understand their domains and define success states for each through data-driven goal-setting

What you will bring to SmithRx :

Master's or Ph.D. degree is preferred

Healthcare and / or pharmacy experience is preferred

Leveraging SQL & dbt to query, transform, and validate complex data sets
