Koniag Professional Services, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Task Area Manager with Top Secret clearance to support KPS and our government customer in College Park, MD. Koniag Professional Services, a trusted provider of professional and technical services, is seeking knowledgeable and experienced Task Area Managers (TAMs) to join our team. The selected individuals will provide technical oversight to contractor employees, serve as the primary point of contact between the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and Office of Classification (OC) management, and ensure the timely completion of administrative tasks within the specified program. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to national security activities and DOE classification regulations.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to :

• Managing contractual efforts to meet job requests outlined in the PWS
• Providing technical oversight to contractor employees
• Collaborating with the COR and OC management on administrative aspects of work-related issues
• Assessing administrative workload on a weekly basis and re-assigning staff as needed
• Ensuring cross-training of administrative staff to provide coverage during peak workloads
