Job Summary
The Concours Club seeks a Lifestyle Concierge who is passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality and curating unforgettable experiences for our members. This role requires direct engagement across a variety of dynamic environments, ensuring seamless personalized services. The ideal candidate will be highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced setting. A strong commitment to service excellence, excellent problem-solving skills, and flexibility with weekend availability and scheduling are essential.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Welcome guests professionally and demonstrate warm, confident, and genuine first impressions as per TCC service standards
- Actively listen and respond to members' / guests' questions, concerns, and requests to resolve issues in a personalized manner, build trust to create "Members for Life"
- Assist members and their guests on-site with complaints, complications, or problems in a helpful manner and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Anticipate member needs and provide personalized recommendations for club amenities and experiences.
- Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services (e.g., transportation, reservations, purchases) by planning or identifying appropriate providers
- Uphold luxury hospitality standards and superb guest service
- Cooperate, assist, and communicate effectively with other team members to provide prompt service to the guest
- Have strong knowledge of club software operating systems
- Support retail operations with inventory, merchandising, and sales transactions.
- Step into serving or bartending roles as needed, with knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
- Accurately process food, beverage, and retail transactions on the club's point of sale.
- Input and update member information into software operating systems
- Have the ability to ask key questions to better guide each member's dining experience
- Facilitate front-of-house operations, including daily opening and closing procedures, supply fulfillment, and maintenance cleanliness
- Manage the cleaning, storage, and maintenance of club driving gear
- Report operational issues or member concerns to supervisors for prompt resolution
- Conduct light cleaning, restocking, and organizing of locker rooms, lounges, and break spaces .
Skills & Qualification Requirements
Proven experience in a service role in the hospitality industryAt least one year of experience in an upscale or luxury settingRestaurant service or bartending experience preferredBilingual speakers preferredPassion for automobiles / motorsportsStrong ability to multitask and time managementPolite and confident with a great deal of patienceAbility to verbally communicate in a professional and effective mannerHigh School Diploma requiredBachelor's Degree in hospitality of relevant field is a plusMust be 18 years of age or olderMust be proficient with technological systemsWork Environment
This job is usually performed indoors and outdoors, in a controlled environment, and experiences a high level of noise in the work environment. This job has intermittent levels of high stress.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work : The Lifestyle Concierge is expected to work an alternating schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
