Regional Safety Compliance Manager
The Regional Safety Manager (RSM) is a key member of the regional leadership team and will serve as the primary driver of food safety and occupational safety programs across multiple accounts. The RSM will work to reduce workplace injuries, improve food safety compliance, and build a proactive safety culture. This is a hands-on role that combines field engagement, training, auditing, data analysis, and leadership coaching to help units meet and exceed BAMCO's health, safety, and compliance standards. Travel is required 75% of the time locally within a 50 mile radius of Portland.
Essential Duties / Functions / Tasks :

5+ years in operations, food service, or safety compliance roles.
Experience managing or auditing health & safety or food safety programs across multiple locations.
Strong knowledge of OSHA, HACCP, ServSafe, and state / local health codes.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to train, coach, and influence.
Proficiency in incident tracking and audit systems (or ability to learn quickly).
Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently within the region.
Preferred :
Certified Safety Professional (CSP), CHESP, or equivalent credential.
ServSafe Instructor / Proctor certification.
Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus.

Safety Audit reports provided within 24 hours of site visitation. Completed audits should include noted deficiencies, review of local health department audit and training compliance. Recommendations for unit leadership to be implemented.
