Position Highlights

This is a Onsite Role

• Full Time : Mon-Fri 8am - 4 : 30 pm CST
• Location : Memphis,Tn 38119
• Assisting patient walk ins
• Answer phones
• Ability to work in multiple systems and multiple screens
• Ability working in a high-volume environment.
• Processing medical record requests such as : Insurance requests, DDS Requests, Workers Comp Request, Subpoenas via electronic, mail, and fac
• Documenting information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors.
• Proficient in Microsoft office (including Word and Excel)
