The Role
Cerebral is committed to transforming mental health care through technology, clinical excellence, and data-driven insights. We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Data & AI Strategy to lead our data organization and deliver our company's AI roadmap. This leader will own the data infrastructure, deliver executive-level reporting on key business and clinical metrics, and ensure that data and AI are core enablers of how we deliver care, measure outcomes, and scale impact.

National Base Salary Range : $175,000 - $225,000 USD
Cerebral is committed to equal pay for equal work; however, business reasons may dictate variations in pay that are attributed to objective factors, such as a candidate's qualifications and years of experience. Total compensation includes base salary and may include an annual performance bonus and equity / stock options.
