The Role

The Fulfillment Manager will join our Operations Leadership Team and oversee the Fulfillment department, managing a team of 57 direct reports. This role is responsible for ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are consistently met or exceeded, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives that scale operations to meet customer and business needs.

Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing all order processing activities (Amazon, retail, wholesale, small parcel, and customer pickup), leading team meetings, tracking KPIs, presenting updates at company All Hands, supporting Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) and Waste Observations, maintaining SOPs and Visual Work Instructions (VWIs), and delivering training for the Fulfillment team.
