Locum CRNA Springfield, MO Area | High Pay | Flexible Shifts

Were seeking multiple Locum CRNAs for a high-acuity hospital in Southwest Missouri starting in 2026 . This is an ongoing need with a variety of complex cases and flexible schedulingperfect for experienced CRNAs looking for top-tier pay and a great lifestyle location.

Position Highlights :

Location : Greater SpringfieldOzark, MO area
Start Date : 1 / 12 / 2026 (Ongoing)
Shifts : 10- or 12-hour shifts, MondayFriday, day or evening options
Schedule : Minimum 3 days / week (full-time preferred)
Practice Model : 4 : 1 Medical Direction by anesthesiologists
Cases : Complex neuro, spine, ENT, ortho, eyes, endo, OB / epidural, EP; pediatric cases included
Procedures : Arterial lines, intubations, vent management required
Volume : 17 ORs running daily; average daily census ~135 (includes L&D, endo, heart, MRI / CT)
No call
EMR : Epic

Requirements :

CRNA with active MO license (or willing to obtain)

Case logs from last 12 months preferred

Must have experience with advanced procedures (art lines, vent mgmt, intubations)

Compensation & Perks :

$210$240 / hr 1099 depending on commitment (OT after shift; no stipends)
