BT / RBT / Behavioral Technician

Flywheel Centers is hiring compassionate and committed Behavior Technicians (BTs / RBTs) to support children with autism through personalized, 1 : 1 ABA therapy. This part-time role is ideal for those available in the afternoon and early evening , and especially suited to those who enjoy working with daycare-aged children (ages 3-6) .

You'll provide therapy either at our Cedar Knolls center or in clients' homes nearby. As a Behavior Technician, you'll play a meaningful role in helping young learners develop new skills, improve communication, and build confidence-all while being supported by a supervising Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

What You'll Do :

Deliver individualized ABA therapy in the child's home.

Follow personalized treatment plans developed by your supervising BCBA

Support skill development in communication, independence, play, and social behaviors

Use positive reinforcement techniques and developmentally appropriate activities

Accurately record session notes and track progress

Collaborate with your clinical team to ensure the best possible outcomes for each child

What You'll Need :

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Must be 18+ years old

Reliable transportation to and from session locations

A passion for helping young children grow and thrive

ABA or childcare experience preferred, but not required

A flexible, positive, and calm approach to working with children and families
