Job description

Primary Care Locum Tenens Opportunity - Physician or NP Accepted

Focus on mature adults in a collaborative outpatient setting with weekdays-only hours and a fast credentialing timeframe. Columbia, South Carolina, offers a welcoming community, lower cost of living, and year-round outdoor activities.

Practice Setting :

  • Outpatient setting
  • A majority of the patient population is aged 65+
  • Support staff consists of nurse practitioners, medical assistants, and registered nurses

Schedule Details :

  • Monday- Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

    • Flexibility for a 4-day workweek is available

  • No call requirements
  • Credentialing timeframe is approximately 2 weeks

    • Cases & Procedures :

  • Traditional primary care for older adults, including :

    • Diabetes, Hypertension, Hyperlipidemia, Mild cognitive impairment, CHF, and a history of coronary artery disease

  • No procedures performed

    • Location :
