Salary : Up to $160,000 + Bonus Opportunities

Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced General Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead and oversee a team of project superintendents across multiple commercial construction projects. This role requires a proven leader with strong organizational skills and the ability to drive operational excellence, ensure quality, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage all field superintendents across various commercial construction projects.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project superintendents, ensuring consistent execution of company standards and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and design professionals to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and schedules.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement proactive solutions.
• Participate in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for multiple projects.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the field leadership team.
