About the Opportunity

Are you a compassionate, detail-driven nurse who thrives in a relationship-based care environment? Brentwood MD Concierge Medicine — a luxury, membership-based family medicine practice in Brentwood, TN — is seeking an exceptional Registered Nurse (RN or BSN) to join our elite team.

At Brentwood MD, we believe extraordinary care begins with exceptional people. Our members deserve the very best, and so do you. This full-time position offers the rare opportunity to deliver meaningful, unhurried care in partnership with a tight-knit team of clinicians who share a commitment to excellence, empathy, and personal accountability.

Who You Are

You are a kind human first, a high-performer second. You show up with integrity, emotional intelligence, and resourcefulness. You take pride in details, anticipate needs before they arise, and bring a calm, confident presence to every interaction. You don't just "do tasks" — you elevate the experience of care for every patient you serve.

Our

core values

guide everything we do :

  • Kindness & Humility :

You lead with empathy and treat everyone with respect.

  • Excellence :

    What You'll Do

Deliver world-class, comprehensive care while protecting our members' privacy and trust.

Partner with our team of physicians and nurses to ensure an exceptional member experience.

Perform a range of clinical procedures, including vital signs, EKGs, IV therapies, phlebotomy, injections, vaccinations, and point-of-care testing.

Communicate proactively with members via email, text, and phone to coordinate visits and labs.

Coordinate prescriptions and refills with pharmacies nationwide and abroad.

Occasionally, provide in-home visits for our members.

Document all care accurately in our electronic medical record system.

Support the team with administrative and reception duties as needed — because no task is "beneath" you when it supports the mission.

    What You Bring

Active Tennessee RN license, BLS certification, and valid driver's license.

Minimum five years of nursing experience in hospital or outpatient care (ER or urgent care experience preferred).

    Exceptional phlebotomy and IV skills.

Exceptional communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.

A balance of independence and collaboration — you know when to lead and when to lean in.

Comfort and fluency with Apple technology and EMR documentation.

A humble, growth-oriented mindset — open to feedback, eager to learn, and ready to contribute.

    Why You'll Love It Here

    Competitive salary commensurate with experience.

Comprehensive benefits : 401(k), health insurance, and paid time off after 90 days.

A culture built on respect, trust, and connection — not volume.

The time and support to deliver care that truly makes a difference.

Work alongside physicians and colleagues who share your passion for doing things the right way.
