Job Description :

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a contractor. In this role, you will work with adults with disabilities, providing nursing care and support in alignment with our mission to uplift and empower our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide nursing care and assessments for adults with disabilities.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate and support clients and their families regarding care plans and health management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
