Insurance Sales Professional / Personal Lines
Ports O Call Insurance Services, a member of Coastal Insurance Group, Inc., Captive Agent for Allstate, Based in Southern California.
One of Southern Californias Premier Allstate Agencies ( top 10% in USA ) serving all California Counties, has once again expanded and is seeking a highly motivated Licensed Sales Professional for an immediate position to sell personal lines.
Our agency is focused on our sales producer's success and purchase high intent auto leads to start the sales journey. Producers are expected to convert these high intent auto leads into bundled customers.
Requirements :
1. Must have a California Property & Casualty License . An outy of state license with a non resident endorsement is acceptable.
2. Excellent communication skills and work ethic. .
3. Computer & Organizational skills are a must!
4. Ability to multi-task and prioritize, must be self-motivated and meet established attainable goals
5. Ability to add new business to the agency from our marketing programs. And explain our referral program to each new customer and prospect.
6. Fully remote
7. Part time position 20 - 25 hours per week . Must be available Mon-Fri 9 : 00am-5 : 00PM Pacific Time ( California ).
Benefits and Compensation
1. Hourly + Commission and eligibility for agency bonus as applicable. Annual income is based upon production, execution and experience.
2. Accrued paid time off after 90 day probationary period.
