Duration : 12 months on W2 contract

Note : Travel reimbursable with prior manager approval. Candidate must provide laptop / home office setup until company equipment is issued.

Summary :

Seeking a highly organized and analytical professional to support a portfolio of physical security projects. The role focuses on resource management, financial tracking, vendor coordination, reporting, and process improvement while partnering with project managers and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate staffing, onboarding, and resource planning with PMs
• Monitor utilization, workload allocation, and project estimates
• Track budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements
• Manage vendor contracts, procurement, and performance evaluation
• Develop dashboards and KPI reports (Excel / Power BI / SharePoint)
• Drive process improvements across resource and portfolio management

Compensation :

The hourly rate for this position is between $70.00 - $75.00 per hour.
