As a Broker I on our National Commercial Builder’s Risk Team within Aon’s Construction & Infrastructure practice, you will provide essential support to senior brokers in delivering insurance solutions for property, transit, and testing exposures throughout the construction lifecycle. This highly transactional role is ideal for individuals starting their career in commercial insurance, offering mentorship, professional growth, and exposure to complex, high‑value construction projects. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives, Originators, Account Specialists, and colleagues across the country, empowering results for clients through innovative and effective solutions.
This role is hybrid and requires working onsite 3 days a week from a local Aon office. We are open to considering applications from candidates across the country.

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience. Must obtain an active Property and Casualty license within four months of hire.

Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $85,000 – $138,000 annually, based on experience, education and geography. The position is eligible for annual incentive plans and discretionary bonuses per company policy.
