About the role
Picture a typical day : you start by walking the property to keep the exterior looking sharp, then step into a vacant apartment to get it move‑in ready—touching up paint, refreshing fixtures, and testing appliances. After lunch, you diagnose and repair an HVAC issue, clear a stubborn drain, update inventory, and coordinate a vendor visit for a specialized task. You wrap up by closing out work orders—ensuring non‑urgent requests are resolved within 48 hours.
What you’ll handle
- Complete apartment turns (painting, appliance and fixture work, and related tasks)
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems
- Unclog drains and perform routine plumbing fixes
- Keep the property’s curb appeal and common areas in top condition
- Resolve non-emergency service tickets within 48 hours
- Maintain and track maintenance inventory
- Perform preventative maintenance on building systems
- Collaborate with vendors and on‑site professionals
