Requirements :

  • HVAC - 5 years recent commercial experience in the field
  • Refrigeration - 5 years recent experience

working with 15-20 ton units (minimum)

  • Service Technician - 5 years in the field (not managing buildings) recent commercial experience
  • Ability to service, repair, diagnose, troubleshoot, and test commercial HVAC equipment
  • Skilled at servicing and maintaining DX units
  • Set and install package units / split systems
  • Work on VAV boxes and water source heat pumps
  • RTU and AHU experience - 5 years
  • Looking for someone with air cooled chiller experience - 5 years experience
  • Knowledge of controls preferred, but not required
  • Must have and maintain a positive attitude
  • Must have own tools

    • Licenses Required :

  • EPA Certification
  • Valid Driver's License

    • Work authorization for USA - required

    Education : High school or equivalent

    Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

  • 12 hour shift

  • Monday to Friday
  • Nights as needed

    • Experience :

  • commercial refrigeration : 3 years (Preferred)
  • HVAC : 4 years (Required)

    • License / Certification :

  • Houston, TX : Relocate before starting work (Required)

    • Work Location : On the road
