Office Services Coordinator

  • HS Diploma or GED required.
  • 1+ years of related experience (e.g. Front Desk, Concierge or Customer Service roles).
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.
  • Implement existing procedures to address straightforward problems; has limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Office Services Coordinator - Front Desk position is $26.45 per hour and the maximum salary for the Office Services Coordinator position is $30.77 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
