Responsibilities

• Drafting routine and complex legal documents for attorney review
• Legal fact and basic legal research
• Assist with case management
• Organize and electronically file pleadings
• Coordinate and schedule calendars
• Provide trial assistance
• Chancery and Federal Court filing experience essential
