An excellent growing construction company is adding an AR / AP staff member. This stable and growing company offers growth and great benefits. Due to the recent growth of the company, there is an opportunity for an AP / AR staff member to join a team of highly motivated staff.

Position Responsibilities :

• Accounts Receivable
• Accounts Payable
• Reconcile bank accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Assist with month-end close processes, including journal entries and financial statement preparation.
• Collaborate with the team to analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improvements.

Position Essential Job Functions :

Qualifications Include :

The position requires related experience working in external relationship management

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and flexibility

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

Self-driven individual, ability to work with minimal direction
