Job Title Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Job Summary Permanent Speech Language Pathologist position at Windsor Rosewood Care. Provides speech therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Document patient progress and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall rehabilitation program. Required Qualifications Valid and unrestricted Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of California. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting. Skills & Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent clinical skills in the assessment and treatment of speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. Proficient in documentation and electronic medical records. Shift Details Monday - Friday 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM 35 hours per week No Weekend Rotation Licensing Requirements Valid and unrestricted Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of California.
