Position Summary
Network Information Technology Support Specialist (NITSS)
The Network Information Technology Support Specialist is a hybrid role that includes network administration and desktop support. The NITSS is responsible for providing companywide technical and resource services in the installation, configuration, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and diagnosis of all computer, network hardware, peripheral equipment, phone system, cellular mobile device, servers and software.
Responsible for ensuring all Information Technology (IT) equipment and infrastructure are properly functional at all Vibra Healthcare facilities. Installs new equipment and provides break / fix responses as well. The NITSS is responsible for delivering quality customer service and is required to interact and work with other IT resources and vendors to ensure prompt resolution of IT related issues. The NITSS is responsible to create and maintain technical how to knowledge base articles and support documentation in Fresh Service knowledge base system. The NITSS is responsible for the assessment of hospital wiring, network configuration and provides recommendations for proper installation. The position is responsible to coordinate the installs, troubleshooting, maintenance and repairs of all local and wide area network circuits. The NITSS is responsible to gather vendor quotes and create for CER capital expenditure requests for corporate senior leadership review. The NITSS provides follow up with users on all outstanding problems logged through the Fresh Service, Service Desk ticketing system. Works on special projects as assigned. The NITSS may be required to audit and analyze telecommunication cost and review invoices such as internet, data circuits, cellular, long distance and local phone lines and provide recommended upgrades or changes and assist with the implementation of. This position is also responsible for supporting windows servers including Active Directory domain controllers, print servers, at the corporate location. Responsible for break / fix activities as well as new equipment installation.
The NITSS is responsible to maintain hardware asset inventory in Fresh Service.
The NITSS will serve as a resource for network on-call rotation for off-hours support.
Traveling to support Vibra locations is expected, approximately 25%-35% travel is expected.

Minimum Qualifications :
Minimum three (3) years of hardware evaluation, acquisition, installation and maintenance experience required.
Minimum three (3) years of experience with technical problem resolution and support required.
Minimum three (3) years of experience in application system configuration and set-up required.
Current, valid, and active driver's license required.
Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS :
Bachelor's Degree in technology-oriented field preferred.
A+ Certified, MCP, any MS Products
CCNA, Network+, MCITP & wireless certificated desirable.
Experience, installation and support of HP and other network printers.
Installation and configuration of network equipment, router, firewalls and switches.
Mobile device client administration, software management and support (Cellular.) helpful Window Server installation and administration experience preferred.
Previous windows clients and HP printer installation experience helpful.
Previous network client installation and configuration on a variety of platforms preferred
Windows Laptop, Workstation troubleshooting experience.
Experience supporting N-able device management, Intune MDM, O365, Microsoft Active Directory, and Security Provisioning. IT support background includes troubleshooting hardware and network problems.
ITSM Ticketing system experience a plus.
Fresh Service ticketing experience a plus.
