What You'll Do :

Be the face of the service department , welcoming every guest with energy and professionalism

Communicate with customers about their vehicle’s needs clearly and confidently

Write up repair orders, sell additional maintenance services, and guide each guest through the service process

Collaborate with technicians to ensure fast, accurate diagnosis and repair timelines

Follow up with guests and ensure 100% satisfaction every time

What We’re Looking For :

Previous service advisor or customer-facing automotive experience preferred (but we’ll train the right candidate!)

Passion for people, performance, and process

Strong communication and sales skills

Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment

A positive, solution-oriented attitude
