What Youll Do

• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy in the nursing home setting
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurse practitioners, and facility staff
  for holistic patient care
• Offer staff training and in-service education to facility staff
