Detailer Manager

We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Detail Manager.

In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in overseeing the quality of work coming out of our recon and cleaning department.

Qualified candidates will begin with a phone screen.

Those selected to advance will be invited to an initial in-person interview.

Finalists may then be asked to participate in a second in-person interview before a hiring decision is made.  Responsibilities :

• Supervise and maintain the quality of work produced by the recon and cleaning department Perform general office and administrative tasks.
• Conduct regular inspections of the lot and inventory structure, ensuring organization and cleanliness.
• Lead training, monitoring, and mentoring of staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Collaborate with the sales and service teams to make sure customer needs are being met.
• Ensuring compliance with dealership policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
• Identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and process improvements in reconditioning, lot management, and customer service, implementing changes as needed to enhance overall operations.
• Other duties as assigned.
