- Advanced knowledge and five plus (5)+ years of experience as a Workday HCM including Security configuration and Integration Knowledge.
- Experience with Workday reporting and calculated fields.
Duties : Job Summary :
Seeking a skilled Workday Analyst specializing in HCM and Security to join their team and support the ongoing optimization, enhancement and support of their Workday platform.
Job Responsibilities :
Subject matter expert on Workday Core HCM, Security configuration and Integration ensuring the system aligns with Organizational needs and compliance standards.Best practice recommendation and solutions for the HCM module.Design and maintain the setup and configurations.Design and maintain Workday Security roles, domains and business process access to endure appropriate data protection and compliance.Deep understanding of Workday Business Process Framework, Domain Security Policies and User-based Security groups.Integration specialist to trouble shoot our existing integration and build new integration using Studio, Orchestration.Collaborate with HR, IT and cross functional stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions in the areas of Core HCM and Security.Hands on experience to Configure, test and deploy Solutions.Trouble shoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes or enhancements.Document configuration, processes and best practices for knowledge sharing and audits.Provide guidance and training to end users and HRIS team members.Participate in Workday projects including new module implementation and optimization initiatives.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.Pride Global offers eligible employees comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance, and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance, and employee discounts.
