The Gainey Agency is seeking a remote licensed insurance agent to deliver professional, client-focused service across the policy lifecycle. The successful candidate will represent The Gainey Agency in a virtual capacity, support client needs, and contribute to sales and retention objectives while maintaining regulatory compliance and high-quality documentation.

Key responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate life insurance and related products tailored to client circumstances.Prepare and present accurate quotes; assist clients with application completion and required documentation.Manage policy lifecycle activities including issuance, changes, renewals, endorsements, and basic claims support.Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions and policy transactions in internal systems and CRM.Coordinate with underwriting, product, or sales teams to resolve client issues; escalate complex matters as needed.Stay current on product offerings, underwriting guidelines, regulatory requirements, and market developments.Identify opportunities to improve processes and service quality to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.Required qualifications
High school diploma or GED.Minimum two years of customer service experience; prior experience in insurance or financial services preferred.Possession of, or willingness to obtain in a timely manner, relevant state insurance license(s).Strong verbal and written communication skills and professional telephone / email etiquette.Demonstrated problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and capacity to manage competing priorities.Proficiency with standard office productivity tools; accurate data-entry skills.Authorization to work in the United States.Reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable home workspace for remote duties.Preferred qualifications
Prior experience as an insurance agent, inside sales representative, or other client-facing insurance role.Familiarity with CRM systems and quote / issuance platforms.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding service and sales performance expectations.Experience working remotely and managing a virtual workload independently.Additional information
