What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures following site-specific policies and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential issues; working environments and conditions may vary based on the technology media and telecom location. Document observations incidents and activities in accordance with Allied Universal protocols. Assist visitors employees and / or contractors by providing direction and support as needed while maintaining site security-related protocols. Collaborate with site personnel and local authorities as required during incidents or emergencies. Remain alert and observant while on patrol to recognize and address any unusual or suspicious activity relevant to the location. Minimum Requirements : Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
