Overview : Maintains information systems supporting plant production and coordinate and / or produce plant reporting requirements.
Responsibilities :
- Runs / produces and disseminates various labor reports for interpretation by plant scheduler and plant leadership.
- Maintains knowledge of Peterson Farms policies in order to respond to employee questions and supervisor / manager requests.
- Provides seamless escalation of employee inquiries to supervision / plant leadership and / or human resources for resolution.
- Performs daily schedule, punch edits, and labor transfers in ADP to resolve exceptions and ensure system data is accurate in support of payroll processing and policy administration.
- Runs / produces and disseminates time and attendance reports using ADP to ensure plant leadership has required documentation to administer company policies and practices.
- Assists with implementing company lean manufacturing efforts, in conjunction with Plant Supervisors, Plant Manager, and company leaders to drive continuous improvement across assigned facility / plant.
- Reviews and compiles information to compose confidential documentation related to employee discipline.
- Acts as liaison between plant leadership and other departments, such as human resources, to ensure process and people issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Performs data entry into various programs and / or databases to support accurate and timely tracking and reporting of plant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Establishes and maintains general and confidential files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Performs general office functions, such as filing, ordering and maintaining supplies, and completing paperwork-as required to support plant needs.
- Utilizes personal computer (PC) and keyboard / mouse while performing functions of position.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications : Education :
High School Diploma or equivalent preferredWork Experience :
At least 6 months of experience in a administrative roleExperience using ADP software highly desiredSkills :
