Business Office Analyst / Project Coordinator
Join our team as a Business Analyst to support the Vehicle Hardware Engineering organization within the Business Office. You will play a key role in project management, reporting, strategic assignments, data analysis, and team collaboration, while also supporting upper-level executives. Your responsibilities will include maintaining VP-level sharing sites, ensuring document retention and regular audits, and managing a roster of technical specialists. You will also aggregate and maintain key organizational metrics to support business reviews and operational efficiency.
Support key areas within the Business Office, including project management and reporting.
Maintain and audit VP-level sharing sites to ensure accurate information access.
Manage the organization's roster of technical specialists.
Aggregate key organizational metrics for business reviews and operations.
Lead internal control testing for compliance and risk management.
Coordinate and report on business process reviews.
Provide out-of-office coverage for the Business Operations Supervisor.
Support the development of key business deliverables, including KPI reporting.
Assist with strategic thinking on new and complex business challenges.
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
3+ years of experience in corporate strategy, product management, or business intelligence.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
High degree of initiative and confidence in independent work.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
MBA with 1+ years' experience is a plus.
Experience at an OEM (e.g., automotive, marine, heavy equipment).
Ability to translate research insights into business strategy and product design.
Knowledge of automotive technologies and hardware engineering systems.
Proven record of managing complex workloads and delivering results.
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00 / hr.
