Schedule Night shift, 3 - 12 hour shifts from 11 : 00 PM to 11 : 30 AM. Job Description The Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive care for patients during childbirth, ensuring both the mother's and newborn's health and safety. The RN will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and education throughout the labor and delivery process. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to mothers and newborns during labor and delivery stages. Monitor vital signs and fetal heart patterns. Assist in delivery and perform initial assessments of newborns. Educate patients and families on care during and after labor. Proactively identify and address potential complications during childbirth. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in Labor and Delivery prior to travel. Minimum of 18 months of recent Labor and Delivery experience in home unit. Must hold a valid Ohio nursing license or a compact state license. AHA BLS & ACLS certifications are required.
