Loudoun County Department of Family Services seeks a dedicated and experienced professional for a Protective Services In-take Specialist. The successful candidate will join the Preventive and Protective Services division within the Department of Family Services which envisions better health, safety, and well-being for all. Job Summary
The Intake Specialist delivers exceptional customer service by handling calls on a joint hotline dedicated to reporting suspected abuse and neglect of children, or exploitation of persons 65 years and older or adults with disabilities.
This multifaceted role includes the following core responsibilities :
Hiring salary is commensurate with experience.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field; or, a Bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum of two (2) years of directly related experience in a human services area.
