We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern who is passionate about tech hiring. If you enjoy connecting with people, spotting strong talent, working with fast-paced teams, and keeping things organized, you'll be a great fit.

This is a 6-month contractual role.

Shift : 5 : 00 PM to 2 : 30 / 3 : 00 AM (seminight shift) - requires some overlap with the US shift.

What You'll Do :

• Source top engineering and tech talent through LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
• Screen profiles for roles ranging from instructors to engineers.
• Shortlist candidates based on role fit and hiring criteria.
• Schedule and manage interviews across global time zones.
• Maintain smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and deliver a strong candidate experience.
• Manage hiring trackers, dashboards, and documentation.
• Assist senior recruiters with end-to-end hiring activities.
• Support onboarding activities for selected candidates.
