Location : Brighton, CO 80601

Caseload : 0.5 Special Education & 0.5 General Education

Schedule : Monday - Friday (Full-Time)

Start Date : ASAP

Salary : $60,000 - $75,000 / year (based on qualifications and experience)

About the Opportunity :

AnthroMed Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated School Social Worker to support K-8 students at a charter school in Brighton, CO. As part of our team, you’ll provide social-emotional support, advocate for student success, and collaborate with educators and families to create a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities :

• Provide direct and indirect social work services to students in need of emotional, behavioral, and social support.
• Develop and implement individualized support plans and interventions.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student success.
• Facilitate small group and individual counseling sessions.
• Assist with crisis intervention and behavior management strategies.
• Participate in IEP and 504 Plan meetings to advocate for student needs.
• Support students and families in accessing community resources.
